On the top story 9th floor of Kohan Tei and 32m above lake level, you'll find a panoramic open air bath commanding superb views of Lake Toya below. Enjoy views of Mt. Yotei and mountain valleys on sunny days and the open expanse of starry skies high above at night.

Panoramic Grand Bath

Take in the scenery of magnificent Lake Toya below from Kohan Tei's top story 9th floor grand bath while enjoying a luxurious hot spring soak. Men's and women's saunas also available.

Via National Route 230 towards Toyako. 150Km, 2 hrs 30 min.
From Sapporo via Hokkaido Expressway, exit at Date IC towards Toya lake shore, 2 hrs.
4 hrs by car from Hakodate. After exiting the Hokkaido Expressway at the Toya-Abuta Interchange, 5 min to the Toya lake shore via National Route 230.
